Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laboratory Assistant, located in Bhopal. The Laboratory Assistant will support daily laboratory operations, including handling and maintaining laboratory equipment, conducting tests, and ensuring compliance with quality control protocols. The role also involves assisting in data collection and analysis, maintaining laboratory safety standards, and coordinating effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment usage and foundational laboratory skills
- Strong analytical skills for data collection, testing, and results interpretation
- Experience in quality control processes and adherence to procedural standards
- Effective communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with team members
- Attention to detail, a commitment to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a scientific, environmental, or sustainability-focused role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a relevant field preferred
