Role Description
This is a full-time Laboratory Assistant role based in Gandhinagar. The Laboratory Assistant will perform daily tasks, including conducting material tests, operating laboratory equipment, preparing test samples, maintaining records, and ensuring testing processes align with quality standards. The role will also support the evaluation and quality assurance of materials used in road and highway construction projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and a fundamental understanding of laboratory testing methods for construction materials like soil, aggregates, bitumen, and bituminous mixtures.
- Experience in handling and operating Laboratory Equipment and applying Laboratory Skills with accuracy and precision.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Material Science, or a relevant field is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
