Role Description
This full-time, remote role as a Laboiki entails ensuring compliance with food safety standards through analysis, research, and application of best practices. Responsibilities include conducting food safety tests, compiling and reporting data, developing hygiene and management protocols, and staying updated on global food regulatory policies. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be required to align safety practices with academic and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Food Safety, Hygiene Practices, and Public Health Principles.
- Proficiency in Research, Data Analysis, and Scientific Reporting.
- Experience with Compliance Management, Food Safety Regulations, and Legislative Guidelines.
- Skills in Management, Communication, and Team Collaboration.
- Adaptability to work remotely and independently with strong time-management abilities.
- Advanced degree (M.Sc, PG Diploma, or PG Certificate) in Food Safety, Hygiene, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the food industry, regulatory agencies, or public health sector is an advantage.
