three detail-oriented
Labeling Designers to join our team in
Bangalore and Hyderabad. This role is critical in ensuring that medical device labeling meets rigorous regulatory standards while maintaining design integrity.
Position Overview
- Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad
- Openings: 3
- Domain: Medical Devices (Strictly No Pharma Profiles)
- Mandatory Skill: Labeling Design
Core Responsibilities
- Artwork Creation: Design and update labeling artwork and technical documentation using industry-standard design tools.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all labeling content adheres to global medical device regulations (e.g., EU MDR, FDA 21 CFR).
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, and Engineering) to incorporate feedback and resolve design conflicts.
- Change Control: Manage the labeling lifecycle within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, following strict change control procedures.
- V&V Support: Execute Verification and Validation (V&V) procedures to ensure label accuracy and print quality.
Technical Skills & QualificationsEducation
- Preferred: BE / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical) or Diploma in Engineering.
- Also considered: Graphic Design or suitable technical background.
Software Expertise
- Labeling Design: Hands-on experience with Bartender, Codesoft, NiceLabel, Prisym 360, or Loftware Spectrum.
- Artwork & Design: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Documentation: Skills in Adobe InDesign, MS Word, and Excel.
Key Requirements
- Industry Experience: Must have direct experience in Medical Device manufacturing.
- Workflow Knowledge: Proven understanding of change control workflows and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Precision: Ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into clear, compliant visual labels.
