JD – Labelling Quality Analyst
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Labelling Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of labelling and annotation data. The role involves quality audits, root-cause analysis, KPI monitoring, quality governance, and driving process improvements across internal teams and agencies.
Must-Have Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Analytics, Data Labelling, or Root-Cause Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in auditing and validating annotation/labeling data.
- Ability to identify, document, and analyse quality issues and root causes.
- Experience monitoring quality KPIs, RFT rates, and rework metrics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with AI data preprocessing.
- Familiarity with data labelling and annotation tools/processes.
- Experience in Power BI dashboard design and reporting.
- Exposure to NC, Investigation, and CAPA processes.
- Experience with quality governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and validate labeling/annotation data for accuracy, consistency, and guideline adherence.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues and root causes.
- Monitor and analyse RFT, rework, and other quality KPIs.
- Translate quality trends into actionable process improvement plans.
- Drive monthly quality governance and performance reviews.
- Lead the NC Program and support quality escalations and investigations.
- Lead CAPA discussions and follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety requirements throughout the labelling process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to improve overall labelling quality and process performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
