About the role

Provides support to Global Rewards managers on a variety of programs and projects with primary focus on executive and/or sales compensation programs. Includes data collection and analysis, modeling, reconciliation, auditing, and research. May also support broad-based compensation programs as needed. Roles and Responsibilities: With guidance, evaluate job roles and provide input on appropriate mapping/band/grade. Provide support regarding recommendations for new hire and internal offer packages, including global market pricing. Research and assess market prevalence and trends regarding compensation design as needed. Participate in third party market compensation surveys. Assist with the administration of the compensation planning processes including merit, bonus, and equity. Support Rewards Managers and Leaders on preparing presentations and proposals. Compile recurring reports and share with stakeholders. May support quarterly sales incentive payouts and sales plan production and distribution process. Provide analytical support regarding ad hoc research and other related compensation projects. Support ad-hoc rewards projects as needed.
