As a Lab Relationship Manager (Intern), your role is to build and manage relationships with these labs. This is not cold sales in the traditional sense. It is about understanding how labs operate, how machines are used, and what concerns lab owners have around access, safety, and trust.

You should be curious about how things are made, comfortable asking questions, and able to explain the platform clearly in simple English.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research labs and institutions that own machines relevant to Karkhana Hub
• Reach out to lab managers and coordinators via email to introduce Karkhana Hub and start conversations
• Understand each lab’s setup, machine types, usage patterns, and access restrictions
• Explain how Karkhana Hub enables pay-per-use bookings, controlled access, and machine management
• Follow up consistently and move interested labs toward onboarding
• Work closely with the Karkhana Hub team to refine outreach messaging based on real lab feedback
• Maintain clear records of conversations, responses, and onboarding progress
