Role Summary
We’re hiring our first partnerships person in Surat to onboard labs as DrGuru.ai partners.
Your job: build relationships with lab owners, explain benefits clearly, and close pilot partnerships.
What You’ll Do (Daily)
- Identify & contact lab owners (WhatsApp, calls, in-person visits)
- Explain DrGuru.ai’s value in business language (retention, repeat tests, premium branding)
- Offer a 30-day pilot and onboard labs with our templates
- Coordinate with lab staff for WhatsApp message setup + QR/guide placement
- Follow up weekly and track progress (simple sheet/CRM)
What Makes You Perfect for This
- You are confident talking to business owners (lab owners, managers)
- You understand Surat business culture and can speak Gujarati + Hindi (English is a plus)
- You can handle rejection and follow-ups without hesitation
- You’re organized: keep records of calls, visits, decisions
- Experience in pathology/diagnostics/pharma/medical sales is a plus (not mandatory)
Performance Metrics (Very Clear)
- Labs contacted per week
- Pilot demos scheduled
- Labs onboarded
- Labs actively using (WhatsApp template running)
