Role Overview: -
Providing leadership and management to the ENE safety lab execution and responsible for the day-to-day running of ENE Safety testing lab operations.
Job Description: -
- Overall Safety testing lab management / execution of projects as per different generic standards & product categories like: ITAV, MED, HOUS, LITE, IVD etc. Overall, all product category lab management skills expected with following product category experience/exposure.
- Day-to-day lab activity planning and execution of safety testing projects as per schedules & submission of weekly and monthly execution status report to immediate line manager/management.
- Skilled in government accreditation procedures ISO 17025 (NABL & BIS), Solid working knowledge of IS, IEC, EN, BS, UL standards & other European directives
- Training and leading team of engineers, providing discipline and performance feedback.
- Maintaining and Enhancing Laboratory Accreditation Schemes based on market need
- Responsible for implementing the Quality Management System in the laboratory.
Education & Experiences: -
- BE in Electronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- 15+yrs of experience in Electrical and Electronic lab operation handling with product testing and certification of IT-AV, MED, HOUS, LITE, IVD etc.
- Safety lab management experience with past authorized signatory experience for NABL/CBTL/NRTL/BIS/TEC etc.
- Certified Internal Auditor for the standard ISO/IEC 17025
Specific skills & knowledge: -
Safety lab management skills for IT/AV, MED, Household, Lighting, IVD product categories
Competencies: -
Authorized signatory capability for various product categories like ITAV, MED, IVD, HOUS. LITE etc…for NABL/BIS/CBTL/NRTL/TEC etc.
