Overall 10 -12 years of experience in Hospital/ Lab areas
- Strong understanding of clinical lab workflows, diagnostic
operations, turnaround time metrics, and quality control.
- Design and help developing integration architecture connecting
EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts, Athena, etc.) with LIS platforms (Sunquest, Orchard, Clinisys, SoftLab, etc.).
- Develop HL7 v2.x interface specifications, including orders
(ORM), results (ORU), ADT, specimen tracking, and device data flows.
- Support implementation of FHIR‑based APIs for modern
interoperability models (orders, observations, diagnostics).
- Architect and validate integration of lab analyzers,
automation systems, POCT devices, and middleware
- Strong hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x, FHIR, ASTM, DICOM
(for pathology/imaging), POCT1‑A standards.
- Deep understanding of EMR/LIS workflow for Orders, Sample
Collection, Accessioning, QC, Resulting, Delta Checks, Auto‑Verification, and Result Delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and
executive‑level presentation skills.
- Experience with international markets (US, Middle East, UK, APAC).
