Role Description

Talbros Sealing Materials Private Limited is seeking a full-time Lab Engineer to join our team on-site at our facility in Delhi, India. The Lab Engineer will be responsible for operating laboratory equipment, conducting quality control tests, analyzing test results, and maintaining accurate laboratory records. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting research and development efforts to optimize product performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and performing various laboratory tests
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation and problem-solving
• Expertise in quality control processes and procedures
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to maintain organized and precise laboratory records
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related disciplines
• Practical experience in laboratory or quality assurance roles is an advantage
• Knowledge of automotive and industrial material requirements is a plus
