Role Description
This is a full-time position for a "Lab Incharge" located on-site in Deoghar. The Lab Incharge will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensure quality control of feed products, supervise the testing and analysis processes, maintain proper use of laboratory equipment, and support research and development activities. The role requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and managing lab personnel.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control methodologies and processes
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Laboratory Equipment and related maintenance
- Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data accurately
- Expertise in Laboratory Skills, including testing and sample preparation
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) focusing on innovation and problem-solving
- Strong organizational and team management abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field
- Industry experience in animal nutrition, feed production, or biotechnology is preferred
