📌 *Key Responsibilities*
- Lead and manage the laboratory team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor lab protocols, SOPs, and quality assurance systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and procurement.
- Provide technical guidance and training to lab staff.
- Collaborate with management to improve efficiency and introduce new technologies.
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and present findings to senior leadership.
