Role Description
This full-time Lab Engineer role is based on-site in Gurugram. The Lab Engineer will be responsible for conducting experiments, performing material testing, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The role also includes preparing detailed test reports, analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting with research and development activities. The candidate will contribute to advancing innovative projects across various industrial domains such as green energy, nanomaterials, and environmental engineering.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in material testing, laboratory equipment handling, and precision measurement techniques
- Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and preparation of detailed technical reports
- Knowledge in environmental engineering, green energy, nanomaterials, or related fields
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to safety protocols and a detail-oriented approach in laboratory operations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar lab environment or industrial research is a plus
