Lab Assistant & Supervisor (Civil)
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience
Freshers & Candidates with 1+ Year of Experience Can Apply
Qualification
- ITI (Civil), Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities at the plant.
- Ensure quality of precast concrete products, blocks, pavers, and other construction materials.
- Monitor production of precast items as per company standards.
- Perform and assist in laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Conduct quality inspections, maintain test records, and report non-conformities.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality control processes.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of civil engineering and precast concrete manufacturing.
- Knowledge of concrete quality testing and laboratory procedures will be an advantage.
- Ability to supervise manpower and maintain production discipline.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
