Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Lab Assistant specializing in Mechatronics, Robotics, and AI, located in Pune District. The Lab Assistant will manage and maintain laboratory equipment, support academic experiments, assist faculty and students with lab activities, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include maintaining quality control standards, supporting research activities, and documenting laboratory processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Laboratory Equipment and conducting fundamental Laboratory Skills
- Strong Quality Control practices to ensure the accuracy and reliability of experiments
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with faculty, students, and team members
- Ability to follow safety standards and ensure compliance with laboratory regulations
- Relevant technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, AI, or a related field
- Previous laboratory experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge and interest in emerging trends in Robotics, Mechatronics, and AI
