Sales & Service Operations Associate

The LA Clippers are seeking a highly organized and reliable Sales & Service Operations Associate to join our team. This client-facing role requires a strong customer service orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional service.

This is a part-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is not eligible for benefits. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile events and NBA games.

What You Will Do

• Support daily sales operations, including order processing, membership coordination, and data entry.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and operational updates.
• Manage game day activations for Group Sales and Season Ticket Members
• Create and execute events for Season Ticket Members
• Assist with set-up and strike of special events as needed
  
  
  

Your Background, Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related subjects; or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays for high profile events
• Proficient in basic computer software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience in a client facing role with an emphasis on customer service
• Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
• Polished interpersonal and communication skills interacting with a variety of high profile guests and fans
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and positively interact in a diverse multi-cultural environment.

Opened in August 2024, Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built different -- it will redefine fans’ expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.

Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game and Olympic Basketball in 2028, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.

Compensation

• The range for this position is $17.87 an hour up to 40 hours a week.
