Core Responsibiliti
- esWindows Server & Active Directory: Design and manage enterprise Windows Server (2012–2022) environments. This includes complex Active Directory (AD) architecture, forest/domain trusts, FSMO roles, and deep troubleshooting of AD replication and DNS/DHCP issue
- s.Virtualization (VMware): Architect and administer VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter. Perform advanced performance tuning, manage high-availability clusters (HA/DRS), and lead VM migrations or data center consolidation project
- s.Failover Clustering: Implement and manage Windows Failover Clusters for SQL, file servers, and high-availability applications, ensuring 24/7 uptim
- e.Group Policy (GPO): Design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex GPO structures for security hardening, endpoint management, and compliance with industry standards like CIS benchmark
- s.Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks, user provisioning, and cloud integration
- s.L3 Support & RCA: Act as the final escalation point for critical (P1/P2) incidents, performing in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence and documenting permanent fixes in standard operating procedur
