Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled
L3 Windows Administrator / Endpoint Management Engineer to manage and support enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure, endpoint management, automation, and cloud-integrated environments.
The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in
Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, PowerShell automation, Azure integration, security compliance, and endpoint management technologies. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, incident management experience, and the ability to drive automation and operational excellence in a large enterprise environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesWindows Infrastructure & Administration
- Manage and administer enterprise Windows Server environments.
- Handle Active Directory administration including:
- DNS
- Group Policy (GPO)
- OU management
- User & Computer administration
- Perform advanced troubleshooting related to:
- Login failures
- Kerberos/NTLM issues
- Service crashes
- Performance bottlenecks
- High CPU/Memory utilization
- Manage patching, OS lifecycle, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities.
Endpoint Management & Modern Workplace
- Lead enterprise endpoint management using:
- Microsoft Intune
- MECM/SCCM
- Windows Autopilot
- Implement and troubleshoot:
- Zero-touch deployment
- Device enrollment
- Co-management strategies
- Endpoint provisioning
- Manage:
- Application deployment
- Device compliance
- Endpoint policies
- Software packaging
Security & Compliance
- Implement and manage:
- BitLocker encryption
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Endpoint security policies
- Compliance reporting
- Support vulnerability management and security hardening initiatives.
- Handle audit and compliance requirements across enterprise systems.
Automation & Scripting
- Develop automation scripts using:
- PowerShell
- Ansible
- Terraform
- Automate:
- Bulk administration tasks
- Monitoring activities
- Operational workflows
- Reporting processes
- Integrate systems using:
- Microsoft Graph API
- Power Automate
Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure
- Support Azure-based infrastructure and hybrid environments.
- Troubleshoot:
- Azure VM issues
- Entra ID synchronization
- Hybrid AD connectivity
- RBAC configurations
- Work with:
- Azure services
- Cloud identity integration
- Hybrid infrastructure deployments
High Availability & Disaster Recovery
- Manage:
- Failover clustering
- Cluster quorum
- Storage Spaces
- DR configurations
- Support high-availability enterprise environments with focus on uptime and reliability.
Incident Management & Operations
- Act as L3 escalation point for critical P1/P2 incidents.
- Lead war-room calls and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Ensure adherence to ITSM and change management processes.

Educational Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (IT/CS) from a recognized institute/university.
