Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
L3 Data & Collaboration Engineer to manage, support, and optimize enterprise collaboration platforms within a modern workplace ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, content co-creation tools, project collaboration platforms, and digital workplace solutions.
This role requires hands-on experience in collaboration governance, platform administration, troubleshooting, user enablement, automation, and adoption of enterprise productivity tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaboration Platform Administration
- Administer and support enterprise collaboration platforms including:
- Microsoft SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams File Storage
- Microsoft Stream
- AvePoint
- Manage:
- Site collections
- Permissions
- Storage governance
- Sharing policies
- Data lifecycle management
- Ensure platform availability, security, and performance optimization.
Content Co-Creation & Productivity Tools
- Support and optimize collaboration and co-creation tools such as:
- Microsoft Forms
- Microsoft Whiteboard
- Microsoft Loop Components
- Klaxoon
- Kahoot
- Canva
- Enable digital collaboration capabilities across business teams.
- Support adoption initiatives and end-user enablement programs.
Project & Team Collaboration Solutions
- Administer and support project management and collaboration tools including:
- Microsoft Planner
- Microsoft Lists
- Microsoft Shifts
- Asana
- Monday.com
- Trello
- Configure workflows, permissions, templates, and collaboration structures.
- Work closely with business users to optimize productivity solutions.
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Manage and support enterprise engagement platforms such as:
- Support organizational communication and employee collaboration initiatives.
- Enhance digital workplace user experience and engagement.
Governance, Security & Compliance
- Implement governance policies for collaboration platforms.
- Manage:
- Access controls
- Retention policies
- Data protection
- Compliance standards
- Ensure adherence to enterprise security and compliance requirements.
Troubleshooting & Incident Management
- Act as L3 escalation point for collaboration platform incidents and complex technical issues.
- Perform:
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Performance troubleshooting
- Service optimization
- Ensure SLA compliance and operational stability.
Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify automation opportunities within collaboration platforms.
- Support integration and workflow automation initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and user adoption strategies.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
