Requirements
Role Summary
The Dev Support Engineer (L3) will provide
expert-level technical support, focusing on
code-level debugging, defect resolution, performance optimization, and architectural stability across web and cloud-native applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform code-level analysis and debugging
- Develop patches, hotfixes, and permanent fixes
- Resolve complex production issues
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
- Optimize application performance & reliability
- Support deployment and release activities
- Collaborate with architecture / DevOps / Cloud teams
- Address scalability, stability, and integration challenges
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers
- Drive automation & operational improvements
