We’re looking for a proactive L2 Support Specialist to join our team and support Adobe Experience Cloud applications (AEM, Marketo, Adobe Commerce).
If you enjoy solving technical problems, working with modern platforms, and collaborating with global teams - this role is for you.
The role requires a willingness to work in a three-shift structure, including night shifts.
Your tasks
- Providing advanced L2 technical support for Adobe Experience Cloud applications (AEM, Marketo, Adobe Commerce Cloud)
- Handling and resolving technical issues escalated from L1 support
- Troubleshooting application and system problems
- Collaborating with internal teams and customers
- Monitoring systems to ensure smooth performance
- Contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in application or technical support
- Basic knowledge of Java or similar technologies
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with databases (SQL basics)
- Comfortable working on Linux/Windows systems
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools
- Exposure to CRM, marketing, or digital platforms
