Job Description:
- 5+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years in customer-facing /application support contexts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Takes initiative; doesn’t wait to be told; somehow finds their way through a maze
- Create and follow a standard operating procedure to triage incoming issues, identify potential causes, send them to relevant teams for fixing, and follow up on them till resolution
- Must learn quickly on the job - functionality, workflow, application dependencies
- Enjoys solving problems, supporting, and assisting users
