Role Description
We are seeking L2/L3 Engineers with experience in the wireless domain for a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The role involves developing advanced wireless solutions, analyzing and optimizing network protocols for 5G, debugging and resolving complex L2/L3 issues, and participating in system architecture design. Additionally, engineers will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to product development, and ensure seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies in the wireless ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Expertise in L2/L3 layers of wireless communication protocols (e.g., LTE, 5G NR).
- Solid understanding of cellular network architecture and communication standards (e.g., 3GPP specifications).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python for embedded systems development.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills using tools like Wireshark, gdb, or related protocol analysis software.
- Experience in system design, performance optimization, and network simulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and deliver innovative solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in the wireless domain is required (up to 10 years preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
