Digitron is looking for an experienced and dedicated L2 Engineer to join our AMC Operations team at Mundra. If you have hands-on expertise in CCTV, Access Control Systems, and Networking, and enjoy field-based technical support, we'd love to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Installation, maintenance, and servicing of CCTV and Access Control Systems
• Provide Level 2 technical support for escalated service issues
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems
• Manage switches, routers, and LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Conduct preventive maintenance and attend breakdown calls as per SLA
• Maintain service reports and AMC documentation
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for efficient service delivery
• Travel across Mundra and nearby locations for site support
🔹 Requirements:
• Diploma / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in CCTV, Access Control, and Networking
• Strong knowledge of IP Cameras, NVR/DVR, Biometric Systems, and Network Architecture
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and site layouts
• Good communication and client management skills
• Comfortable with field travel (up to 70%)
