WE’RE HIRING | L2 ENGINEER – CCTV & ACS OPERATIONS 🚨
Are you an experienced CCTV & Access Control Systems (ACS) professional with strong troubleshooting and operations expertise? We are looking for an L2 Engineer – CCTV & ACS Operations to support enterprise-scale security infrastructure in a 24x7 critical environment.
📍 Role: L2 Engineer – CCTV & ACS Operations
💼 Experience: 12–15 Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, IT, Computer Science or related field
⏰ Environment: 24x7 Mission-Critical Operations
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of CCTV & ACS systems across an airport/enterprise environment
• Monitor system health, performance, availability, and operational risks
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, application, and integration issues
• Handle escalated L1 incidents and critical incidents within defined SLA timelines
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to L1 engineers
• Support installation, configuration, patching, maintenance, and firmware upgrades
• Conduct preventive maintenance and lifecycle management activities
• Perform failover testing, backup verification, restoration validation, and DR readiness activities
• Configure and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, ACS devices, analytics systems, and integrated infrastructure
• Support CCTV analytics calibration, integration, testing, and implementation
• Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for complex technical issues
• Prepare operational reports, incident summaries, SOPs, PIRs, CIRs, and system health reports
• Identify SPOFs, EOL/EOSL components, operational risks, and recommend mitigation plans
🔹 Must-Have Skills
✅ Strong knowledge of CCTV Surveillance Systems & Access Control Systems (ACS)
✅ Hands-on experience with Milestone VMS & AC2000
✅ Experience with CCTV Analytics and system integrations
✅ Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Networking
✅ Understanding of Failover, Backup & Restoration
✅ Knowledge of ITSM – Incident, Change, Problem & SLA Management
✅ Strong troubleshooting and technical coordination skills
✅ Experience handling escalated incidents in a 24x7 operational environment
🔹 Preferred
• Airport / Critical Infrastructure / Large Enterprise security operations experience
• OEM/vendor coordination experience
• Experience with firmware upgrades and security system integrations
• Knowledge of video intelligence and enterprise surveillance ecosystems
• ITIL / CCTV / ACS / Networking / Server Administration certifications
