Role Description
The L2 Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for delivering advanced technical support for desktop computers, printers, and associated hardware and software in an enterprise setup. Key tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing support for printer connectivity and related challenges. The role also involves responding to escalated user inquiries and ensuring timely issue resolution to maintain business continuity. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hisar.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Desktop Computers and expertise in troubleshooting and configuring hardware and software issues.
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve advanced issues effectively and efficiently.
- Experience with Printer Support, including installation, configuration, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware and peripherals for replacement, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support.
- Relevant certification such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar technical support or IT infrastructure role is preferred.
