Job Title: L2 CRM Agent (Drone Support)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary Range: ₹4 LPA – ₹4.7 LPA
📍 Role Overview
As an L2 CRM Agent (Drone Support), you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer support tickets related to drone operations and maintenance. You will act as a key link between customers, technicians, and internal teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical understanding of drones along with effective communication and troubleshooting skills.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer support tickets and gather all required information directly from customers.
- Diagnose issues and provide effective resolutions or escalate to specialized teams when needed.
- Take ownership of tickets escalated from L1 support and ensure closure within defined timelines.
- Follow up with customers via email or calls to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technicians to support drone repair activities and provide technical inputs.
- Assist customers with operational guidance, including drone flying and usage best practices.
- Analyze logs and system data to identify root causes and resolve issues.
- Collect and verify payment details from customers for dispatched materials or services.
