Job Description The Resource Engineer – L1 (Seclore) will provide first-line technical support for Seclore Information Rights Management (IRM) solutions. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, user support, and basic configuration activities, ensuring smooth operation of Seclore services and timely resolution of customer issues in accordance with defined SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
· Basic understanding of Information Security / Data Protection concepts.
· Knowledge of Seclore IRM or similar DRM/DLP solutions (preferred).
· Familiarity with:
o Windows OS
o Active Directory (basic)
o Email systems (Exchange / Outlook – basic)
o Networking fundamentals (DNS, ports, connectivity)
· Ability to read and analyze logs.
Soft Skills
· Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
· Willingness to work in shifts/on-call support if required.
· Good analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
· Ability to follow processes and document work clearly.
