This is a permanent night shift role - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
Not a rotation. Not temporary. This will be your fixed schedule, ongoing. Please only apply if you have worked a night shift for at least 1 year and are fully comfortable continuing to do so.
Do not apply if any of these apply to you:
- Less than 1 year of night shift experience
- Less than 3 years of fully remote IT support experience
- You cannot join within 1 week from offer
- "Remote" for you meant WFH some days - not a fully remote setup
- You have only supported Indian / domestic clients
About the role
You will be the sole remote support person for a US-based team - handling everything from Zoom issues and Microsoft 365 problems to password resets, Windows 11 troubleshooting, and Google Workspace support. All of it remotely. No office. No on-site visits. Ever.
When a user calls and says "my screen is blank," you ask: Is there a cursor? Any error? Did Windows load? Are the monitor lights on? - not "can you come in?" That instinct is what we're hiring for.
Who we're looking for
- 3–5 years in IT helpdesk/desktop support - minimum 3 of those fully remote
- At least 1 year working a night shift (permanent or long-term rotation)
- Hands-on with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Zoom
- Experienced with remote tools - Quick Assist, TeamViewer, or RDP
- Used to supporting US or international clients - you understand the pace
- You diagnose by asking smart questions, not by guessing or defaulting to "restart"
- Strong English - written and spoken - you can handle a frustrated US executive calmly
