Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site L1 role at Allied Digital, located in Midnapore Sadar. The L1 professional will provide frontline IT support, including handling technical issues, diagnosing problems, and escalating unresolved queries to the appropriate teams. The role involves monitoring and maintaining IT systems, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Additionally, the L1 team member will assist users in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Basic technical skills in system troubleshooting and hardware/software diagnostics.
- Ability to provide excellent customer support and resolve user concerns professionally.
- Knowledge of network maintenance and basic security protocols.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with team members and clients.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in IT service desk or technical support will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
