Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Level 1.5 Technical Support professional. The individual will be responsible for providing technical and customer support by troubleshooting issues, resolving customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing and solving technical problems, addressing customer concerns, and working collaboratively with the internal team to improve our services and processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive user experience and maintain high client retention rates.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess and address technical and operational challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and collaborate with team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in a technical/customer support role is highly desirable.
