Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Director of Business Development located in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. The role involves cultivating relationships with prospective and existing clients while identifying business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include researching market trends, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador to drive growth and build long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Pipeline Management, and Negotiation
- Familiarity with the commercial construction or electrical industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Self-directed mindset with a high level of accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
