💼 About the Role
Are you passionate about training and helping recruitment teams excel? We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Trainer – Recruitment with hands-on experience in delivering training across the recruitment lifecycle.
If you have a strong background in recruitment and are eager to transition into an L&D role, we’d love to connect with you! Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new recruiters on end-to-end recruitment processes
- Deliver modules on sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and interview coordination
- Develop training materials such as PPTs, assessments, manuals, and interactive modules
- Facilitate mock interviews, role-plays, and practical exercises
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, job portals, and industry trends
- Maintain training reports, attendance records, and MIS
💡 Skills Required
- Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT recruitment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing strategies
- Good analytical and reporting abilities
