Are you passionate about training and helping recruitment teams excel? We are looking for an energetic Learning & Development Trainer – Recruitment with hands-on experience in conducting training programs for sourcing, screening, and full recruitment lifecycle.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training for new recruiters on end-to-end recruitment
- Deliver sessions on sourcing methods, screening techniques, and interview coordination
- Create training materials – PPTs, assessments, manuals, and interactive modules
- Facilitate mock interviews, role-plays, and practical recruitment exercises
- Track trainee performance and provide coaching & feedback
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, job portals & industry trends
- Prepare and maintain training reports, attendance, and training MIS
💡 Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of IT/Non-IT recruitment
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Understanding of Boolean search, sourcing channels & recruitment metrics
- Good analytical and reporting skills
