About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs for recruiters in the US staffing domain across Healthcare, IT, and Non-IT verticals. The role requires strong expertise in instructional design frameworks like the ADDIE Model and the ability to measure training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience training freshers, laterals, and improving performance of low-performing recruiters.
Location: Mohali, Sector 66

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in L&D / Training (preferably in US Staffing)
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Strong knowledge of: ADDIE Model and Kirkpatrick Model
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Certification in instructional design or training (optional)
- Exposure to ATS tools and job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn)
- Candidates who have worked with corporate organizations (non-staffing environments) and later transitioned into US staffing across Healthcare, IT, and Non-IT domains will be highly preferred, as they bring a strong blend of structured L&D practices and domain expertise
