About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to drive the development and performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs for new hires and existing team members
Identify training needs through performance analysis and feedback
Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales employees
Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve conversion rates and overall performance
Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs and assessments
Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with business goals
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training
Requirements
7+ years of experience in sales training or a similar role
Proven track record in sales and/or training delivery
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts and make training engaging
Experience in B2C or inside sales training is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and training tools/platforms
