TBH Circle is currently hiring for the Learning and development Intern with PPO Opportunity.
Skills: Excellent Communication Skills
Background in Organisational/ Industrial Psychology Preferred.
Duration of Internship: 3-6 Months
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing behavioural content for training modules and presentations.
- Help organize and coordinate both virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Conduct research on trends, tools, and best practices in learning and development.
- Observe and document training outcomes and participant feedback.
- Conduct research and gather data to support evidence-based practices and program development.
- Focus on meeting KPIs throughout the internship.
