Role Description The L&D Executive – EPC Sector will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives for employees across project sites and corporate functions. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad will involve conducting training needs assessments, developing training calendars, coordinating and delivering technical and behavioral training programs, and monitoring learning outcomes. The L&D Executive will create and update training materials, e-learning modules, and standard operating procedures relevant to EPC operations and safety standards. The role includes managing learning records, tracking participation, analyzing training effectiveness, and preparing reports and dashboards for leadership. The individual will collaborate closely with project managers, HR, and functional heads to support capability building, onboarding, compliance training, and continuous skill enhancement aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development, including conducting needs assessments, planning programs, and facilitating sessions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Learning Management, such as administering learning platforms, tracking participation, and maintaining training records.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Instructional Design, including creating structured content, training modules, and e-learning materials tailored to EPC operations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for delivering training, interacting with stakeholders, and preparing reports.
- Candidates should possess Coaching skills to support individual development, performance improvement, and on-the-job learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Management, Engineering, or a related field; a specialization in Learning & Development or Organizational Psychology is an advantage.
- Prior experience in L&D within the EPC, construction, infrastructure, or engineering sector is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of safety standards, compliance training, and technical skill development relevant to project-based environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems or HRIS tools is preferred.
