We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant to join us on a 6-month remote contract and help strengthen the capabilities of our recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and institutionalize a structured learning and development framework for the recruitment organization, including role-based training playbooks for recruiters, team leads, and managers.
- Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen core recruiter capabilities across sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and client engagement.
- Create leadership development programs for team leads and managers focused on coaching, performance management, and team leadership.
- Build structured modules on communication, personality development, and professional effectiveness to elevate overall team capability and client-facing professionalism.
- Continuously assess skill gaps across roles and implement targeted learning interventions, ensuring ongoing capability building and performance improvement across the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Learning & Development / Corporate Training.
- Prior experience training recruitment or talent acquisition teams is preferred.
- Strong expertise in leadership development, and personality development training.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
