Responsibilities:
- Design and structure behavioral training programs tailored to business and client requirements.
- Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions across locations.
- Build strong client relationships, understand needs, and provide consultative learning solutions.
- Manage end-to-end training operations.
- Track effectiveness of programs through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
- Drive innovation in learning by incorporating new tools, technologies, and methodologies
