Looking for technically skilled L&D Administrator
Job Description
The L&D Administrator we’re hiring is expected to be a systems thinker, but not the system designer/owner—this role is focused on designing and governing the training and how it is administered (content readiness, catalog structure, assignment logic, administration, and data integrity) within the enterprise platform.
as written, the L&D Administrator role is heavily focused on learning operations and governance, including:
- LMS and course catalog administration
- Lifecycle management, version control, and training data integrity
- Coordination with EHS SMEs, HRIS, and vendors to support regulated, compliance‑driven learning
These capabilities are especially important given the regulatory/defensibility requirements tied to EHS training and the broader AGU transformation underway (current AGU/Saba end‑of‑life in 2027). Based on an initial review, there may be some areas of mismatch relative to those core responsibilities, which I wanted to flag early so we can collectively determine the best path forward.
