</div><div>Join <strong>L B & K Inc</strong> as an <strong>Industrial Door & Dock Equipment Laborer</strong> in the Stevenson Ranch area! Become part of a fast-paced, highly efficient team dedicated to delivering high-quality service and installation solutions throughout Southern and Central California.<br><br>
</div><div>This is not just a labor position — we are looking for individuals who want to learn the trade, grow quickly, and eventually become lead installers and foremen themselves.<br><br>
</div><div>Most work will be performed at large warehouse and distribution facilities installing and servicing shipping & receiving dock equipment.<br><br>
</div><div>🔧 WHAT WE DO<br><br>
</div><div>We install and service:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Industrial & commercial doors<br><br>
</li>
<li>Dock levelers<br><br>
</li>
<li>Dock shelters & seals<br><br>
</li>
<li>EODs (Edge of Dock levelers)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Warehouse dock safety equipment<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>📍 WORK AREA<br><br>
</div><div>Most projects are located:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>North Los Angeles area and upward toward Northern California<br><br>
</li>
<li>Generally within about 1+ hour north of Stevenson Ranch<br><br>
</li>
<li>Some early starts and occasional overnight travel may be required depending on project location<br><br>
</li>
</ul><h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul>
<li>Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial doors and dock equipment<br><br>
</li>
<li>Help with jobsite layout, setup, cleanup, and material handling<br><br>
</li>
<li>Work closely with lead foremen and learn quickly in the field<br><br>
</li>
<li>Follow all safety procedures and company/jobsite requirements<br><br>
</li>
<li>Perform routine inspections and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues<br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment<br><br>
</li>
<li>Use hand tools, power tools, anchors, and installation equipment properly<br><br>
</li>
<li>Learn to complete daily logs, time tracking, and job reporting using TeamUp and GoCanvas apps<br><br>
</li>
<li>Help complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship<br><br>
</li>
<li>Represent the company professionally on customer sites<br><br>
</li>
</ul><h1>Requirements:</h1><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Previous construction, industrial labor, or mechanical experience preferred<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work daily<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn fast<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep up with experienced crews<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety<br><br>
</li>
<li>Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand/power tools<br><br>
</li>
<li>Experience with Makita, Hilti, anchoring systems, or concrete fastening is a plus<br><br>
</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation<br><br>
</li>
<li>Willingness to work flexible hours as needed<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>Employees must also be willing to obtain certifications through our company, including:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>CPR / First Aid<br><br>
</li>
<li>Fall Protection<br><br>
</li>
<li>Scissor Lift<br><br>
</li>
<li>Forklift Certifications<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>💥 Welding certifications are a HUGE plus and may increase starting pay.<br><br>

<li>Understand customer communication is generally handled by foremen until advancement into leadership roles<br><br>
