About the Program: Exploring Diverse Roles: Gain valuable experience including retail account management, B2B ecommerce, operational sales, and category strategy and development. Partnering with Leading Retailers: Collaborate with a wide range of retailers, from pharmacy channels to grocery retailers, variety discount stores, specialty beauty retailers, department stores, e-boutiques, and ecommerce pure players. Building Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with our accounts, delivering integrated strategies to support their growth plans. Driving Commercial Success: Take part in building commercial plans from concept to execution, and assist in negotiating commercial arrangements for product launches and promotions. Marketing Expertise: Gain end-to-end exposure to traditional and/or digital marketing campaigns, including developing communication strategies, working with influencers, and collaborating with PR agencies for press releases and campaigns. Online Presence: Play a role in creating a strong online digital presence, from website and CRM design to EDM send-outs. Insights and Analysis: Gain exposure to market, product, and sales analysis, driving valuable category insights for brand teams.
