Junior Supply Chain Associate - S&OP

The Opportunity: As a Junior Supply Chain Associate on the S&OP team, you will support the end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning process for our Consumer Products Division. This includes gathering and analyzing data, assisting with statistical forecasting, and helping to facilitate the monthly S&OP meetings. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and other key stakeholders to align on the demand plan and supply plan. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain and operations planning while working for a global leader in the beauty industry. Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze data from various sources to support the S&OP process - Assist with statistical forecasting and demand planning - Help facilitate monthly S&OP meetings and capture action items - Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on the demand and supply plan - Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations - Support special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field - 0-2 years of relevant experience in an operations, planning, or supply chain role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Interest in the beauty industry and consumer products - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
