Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you've been searching for.A Day in the Life You will join L'Oréal's Graduate Trainee Program in Jeddah reporting to the Local HR/Programme Manager and rotating across six business opportunities in functions such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&I, Tech and Finance. You'll work in project-based, cross-functional teams that accelerate your learning and impact.Rotation & Learning: Complete tailored rotations, attend masterclasses and receive regular mentoring.Project Delivery: Lead or support high-visibility projects, deliver measurable business outcomes and present results to stakeholders.Collaboration & Influence: Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement initiatives.Personal Development: Receive ongoing feedback, coaching and a structured development plan to prepare you for your next role at L'Oréal.We Are Looking For You're a Curious Recent Graduate With a Bachelor's In a Related Discipline, Eager To Learn And Grow Into a Business Leader.
