About the role

L&T Technology Services Off Campus Drive – Batch of 2025 Recruitment Drive Details: Eligible Branches: Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation & Control, and Mechatronics Engineering. Position Offered: Full-Time – Associate Engineer Trainee Trainee program Annual Compensation: ₹4,00,100 per annum Work Locations: Various sites across India including Mysore, Vadodara, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Delhi. Final assignment will depend on organizational needs and will be determined by management. Bond Requirement: Selected candidates will join as trainees and must sign a service agreement worth ₹2 lakhs, binding them for 2 years and 9 months. Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must have completed their education in a full-time mode, including 10th, 12th (or equivalent such as PUC/Diploma), with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.75 CGPA in each stage. Graduation aggregate (based on the latest available results) should also be at least 60% or 6.75 CGPA. No current backlogs are permitted at the time of applying. Final year students must clear all papers in their first attempt. The minimum age to be eligible for hiring is 18 years at the time of joining.
