Associate Engineer Trainee

You will be expected to learn and understand how LTTS fits into the broader supply chain and engineering services landscape. You will build knowledge of LTTS's operational and engineering processes, including their practical application in real-world projects. The program will focus on developing your personal leadership skills, including self-awareness, understanding others, communication, and collaboration. You will learn about and apply project management skills by actively participating in or leading assigned projects. You will be introduced to the concepts of continuous improvement and lean thinking.
