Role Summary
The Kyriba Implementation Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS) to automate treasury operations, improve process efficiency, ensure data integrity, and provide a centralized view of cash positions, payments, bank accounts, and liquidity across the Group. The role will work closely with Treasury, Finance, IT, banking partners, and business stakeholders to support ongoing implementations, integrations, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Kyriba functional configuration, implementation, testing, training, and enhancement
activities across treasury modules.
• Manage and support Kyriba modules including Payments, Core Banking, Cash Forecasting,
Bank Account Management, Netting, In-House Banking (IHB), Fraud Controls, FX Debt
Transactions, Management, and Bank Fee Analysis. .
• Configure and maintain banking connectivity through SWIFT, Host-to-Host (H2H), and SFTP
channels, including payment workflows and approval hierarchies.
• Monitor and support MT940 bank statement interfaces, ensuring timely receipt, issue
resolution, and reconciliation across all group bank accounts.
• Act as system administrator for payment authorizers, bank mandates, user access, entity
setup, bank account configuration, and integration requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance and Treasury teams to support month-end activities, bank
reconciliations, and treasury transactions including loans, deposits, investments, and FX deals.
• Serve as the first point of contact for business users on Kyriba-related issues,
• coordinating with IT, banks, and vendors for timely resolution.
• Perform periodic reviews and reconciliations of authorized signatories, dealer
mandates, and banking records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Lead in-house system rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, user training, and process
improvement initiatives.
• Drive treasury automation, implement controls and fraud prevention measures, and identify
opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business
Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands-on Kyriba implementation and support experience, preferably
within a treasury environment.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, banking connectivity, and Treasury
Management Systems (TMS).
