Description:
Responsibilities
•Perform workshops to understand current treasury operations and establish future needs that will best meet client needs
•Write detailed specifications and project documentation
•Implement business processes and system configuration necessary to meet client requirements as per Treasury Management System implementation methodology.
•Execute user acceptance tests of functionality delivered by development teams
•Conduct client trainings
•Communicate project status regularly to all the stakeholders
•Work flexible hours with teams in multiple countries
•Establish and adhere to applicable best practices
•Adhere to project management best practices
Skills
• Strong understanding of Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
• Experience of Kyriba /Global TMS product as an administrator or consultant
• Understanding of transactional banking.
• Drive architectural and design choices, recommend new features which can optimize and lead a scalable, performance-driven Treasury workstation.
• Functional knowledge of core Treasury processes, including cash positioning, forecasting, bank account management, payment authorization architecture in TMS, FX, netting, and settlement
• Functional knowledge of core Finance processes, including accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, entity setup, direct/indirect taxes, and intercompany.
• Prior experience with Treasury workstation implementations – either application or project ownership – highly desired
Required certifications: Cash &Liquidity modules, Payments, Risk modules & Connectivity
